Find the oil leak instead of guessing seals: engine bay cleaning without water.

Dry ice removes oil, grease and dirt with the engine installed and the full electrics in place, without water or chemicals. On clean metal you see after the next drive where it really leaks. Workshop in Rahden, catchment area around 50 km.

Engine parts for the VW Beetle: short block, valve train, oil system, ignition, carburettor and intake, fuel pump, air filter, belt drive, clutch, flywheel, starter, tinware, heating and exhaust as well as all engine seals. For the air-cooled boxer from the standard engine to the tuned Type 1 and Type 4.

Oily engine, weak starter, oil running too hot: we have been solving the classic Beetle problems in our workshop for over 30 years, with parts such as one-piece pushrod tubes, the 1.7 kW starter or our own oil cooling system at the rear axle.
