We offer the following shipping options:
- DHL (parcels within Germany and the EU)
- GLS (especially large/heavy parcels)
- Freight forwarding (e.g. engines)
- Pickup
Shipping costs can only be calculated once items are in the cart.
International Shipping: Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. USA, Switzerland, UK, Mexico, Brazil), customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply in the destination country. These are payable by the recipient, are charged by local customs or the carrier, and are not included in our prices.
- Brazil: Your tax ID (CPF or CNPJ) is required for import. Please include it with your order in the address field or order notes; without it the shipment cannot be delivered. Import tax of currently around 60% plus ICMS applies to the value of goods and shipping.
- Mexico and Brazil: We cannot ship used parts to these countries (import restrictions on used goods). Orders containing used or NOS parts for these destinations will have to be cancelled.
- Bulky and very heavy parts (over 20 kg or longer than 120 cm) ship outside the EU on request only: contact us.
