We strip body, engine and underbody right down to the bare metal. No sand, no water, no chemicals – on the fully assembled vehicle. Afterwards you know exactly where you stand, and we can carry straight on with the work.
What is dry ice blasting?
Frozen CO₂ pellets hit the surface with compressed air. The thermal shock makes dirt, grease and old underbody coating brittle, and the impact blasts the layer off. The ice itself turns straight into gas – all that remains is the loosened dirt, which is simply swept up.
How it differs from other methods
Dry ice cleans and exposes – it does not remove solid rust. That is exactly the point: after blasting you see your vehicle's true condition. Very tough, still elastic underbody coating takes more time; we tell you beforehand. And bare metal should be preserved promptly. We take care of both in-house on request.

Billing is time-based: €180 per hour incl. VAT. These starting prices apply to typical jobs. After a short inspection or based on your photos, you receive a binding quote.
