Complete Restoration

We offer an individual restoration of your VW Beetle in the highest quality, down to the smallest detail.

Floor Pan Reconditioning

We recondition floor pans according to their condition:

either a complete reconditioning including the frame head and Napoleon’s hat, or just replacing the floor pan halves.

We check the floor pan frame on our chassis jig, straighten it if necessary, and refit the new frame head precisely in front of the frame tunnel.

On request, the seams are neatly sealed, the floor pan fully painted, and the cavities sealed from the inside.

Body Reconditioning

We recondition bodies true to the original.

We exclusively use high-quality NOS sheet metal or precisely fitting reproduction panels.

Panels that are no longer available are fabricated by hand, with the contours reworked to match the original.

Dry Ice Cleaning

We can clean your classic car using the dry ice process:

for example, removing dirt from the underbody or stripping old underbody coating.

Perfectly suited for resealing the underbody of your classic car or simply giving it a clean.

Also a good intermediate step before sandblasting to remove thick underbody coating.

Porsche Brake Conversion

We offer conversion parts and packages for converting a 1302 or 1303 Beetle to Porsche 944 brakes:

from the individual parts you need right up to the complete brake system – of course also for the Porsche.

Subaru Engine Conversion

We offer conversion parts and packages for converting a Beetle or T3 bus to Subaru engines:

many parts produced in-house, plus products from other manufacturers that we have tested ourselves – all in very good quality.
