Complete Restoration

We offer you an individual restoration of your VW Beetle in the highest quality down to the smallest detail.

Floor Pan Restoration

We repair floor pans according to their condition:

a complete repair including frame head and Napoleon's hat, or just replacing the floor pan halves.

We check the floor pan frame on our chassis jig, straighten it if necessary, and fit the new frame head precisely in front of the frame tunnel.

On request, the seams are neatly sealed, the floor pan fully painted and the cavities wax-sealed from the inside.

Body Restoration

We restore bodies true to the original.

We use only high-quality NOS panels or precise-fitting reproductions.

Panels that are no longer available are made by hand, with the contours reworked to match the original.

Dry Ice Cleaning

We can clean your classic car using the dry ice process:

for example, removing dirt from the underbody or stripping old underbody coating.

Perfect if you want to reseal the underbody of your classic, or simply clean it.

Also a good intermediate step before sandblasting to remove thick underbody coating.

Porsche Brake Conversion

We offer conversion parts and packages for converting a 1302 or 1303 Beetle to Porsche 944 brakes:

from the individual parts you need right up to the complete brake system, and of course for the Porsche itself.

We offer conversion parts and packages for converting a Beetle or T3 Bus to Subaru engines:
