Description
Carbon rear fender for the VW Beetle, driver side, version for the large taillight. The fender is widened inward by 3 cm and remains fairly inconspicuous from the outside: the additional width is created inward, providing space there.
The fender is manufactured in several layers of carbon with different fiber directions and Kevlar reinforcement; the surface is carbon in clear coat. The weight is around 1.2 kg.
The fit is perfectly matched to the 1303 with the curved rear apron. Other models fit with minor adjustment work.
Note: No approval for use on public roads (StVO); the fender is only suitable for racing purposes.
The fender is a Knepper in-house development from our racing and conversion practice in Rahden, developed for requirements that standard parts do not cover.
