Adapter sleeves for the handbrake cable guide when you convert your Beetle to the Porsche 944 brake. Without these sleeves you cannot connect the handbrake cable properly to the 944 brake system. Supplied as a pair.
With our version, part of the handbrake cable spring (about half) is cut off and removed.
Important: This version only fits steel semi-trailing arms. There is a separate variant for aluminum semi-trailing arms, and you can also get both versions from us silver anodized. To match: our Porsche 944 goosenecks.
The sleeves are a Knepper in-house development from our conversion work in Rahden: there are no off-the-shelf parts for the 944 brake in the Beetle, so we make the missing connecting pieces ourselves.
