Description
The cross strut tower brace for the VW Beetle 1302 and 1303 connects the two strut towers with each other and is additionally supported in the area of the spare wheel well on the front end. This construction increases the torsional rigidity of the front end and effectively reduces movement of the strut towers.
The high-quality Heigo Classic cross strut tower brace is made of aluminum and impresses with its precise fit and low weight. The additional support at the spare wheel well channels the occurring forces directly into the body and contributes to greater stability of the front end.
The result is more precise steering behavior, improved suspension feedback and an overall stiffer vehicle front. The cross strut tower brace is suitable both for sporty road vehicles and for use in motorsport.
Installation note: The threads of the braces must be carefully greased before installation to prevent the aluminum threads from seizing and to ensure easy adjustment. For the front support, holes must be drilled in the spare wheel well. The required mounting hardware is included in the scope of delivery.
Suitable for VW Beetle 1302 and VW Beetle 1303.
