Spring plates for the VW Beetle from 08/1971, black, as a pair. The special feature of these spring plates: they have a milled recess for the eccentric bolts from the Porsche 944 (item P 01 022 U or P 01 001 U).
This gives you the prerequisite for using a rear anti-roll bar on the rear axle of your Beetle. With original spring plates without this milling, the 944 eccentric bolts cannot be fitted.
The spring plates are an in-house Knepper development from our conversion practice in Rahden: anyone bringing Porsche technology into the Beetle constantly faces details for which no ready-made parts exist. These are exactly the gaps we close with our own developments, the focus being on function and durability.
