  • 1302 (Bj. 08/70–07/72) und 1303 (ab 08/72): langer Vorderwagen, Federbein-Vorderachse, Schräglenker-Hinterachse.
  • Standard-Käfer: kurzer Vorderwagen, Kugelgelenk-Vorderachse, meist Pendelachse.

Description

The gearbox has the reinforced case from the late AT gearbox. It shows hardly any to no traces of corrosion and was dry-ice cleaned. The gears are from the AT / AM gearbox. The final drive ratio is 9/31 (3.44) in top quality. The gearbox was checked and reconditioned where necessary; synchro rings have been replaced. A bearing support plate was installed on the bearing carrier to prevent the bearing from migrating. With 3-point mounting from 08/1972. Suitable for vehicles from 1800cc and 80hp up to max. 160hp. The work was carried out by Siebert.
