Description
Handbrake cable set for the VW Beetle with rear disc brakes, suitable for semi-trailing arms up to 1972. The cable fits perfectly with rear disc brake systems such as those from the company Kerscher.
The advantage over DIY solutions: you no longer need an adapter or a spacer sleeve. The cable can be routed and clamped properly; nothing has to be bolted, soldered or crimped. A clip for attachment to the caliper is included with the set.
We recommend items K 1805 004 and K 1805 004 U to go with it.
The cable is a Knepper in-house development from our workshop experience in Rahden: with disc brake conversions, the handbrake connection was always a weak point, so we developed a cable that fits without workarounds.
