  • Das Käfer-Modelljahr wechselt jeweils im August: „ab Bj. 08/67" heißt ab Modelljahr 1968.
  • 1302 (Bj. 08/70–07/72) und 1303 (ab 08/72): langer Vorderwagen, Federbein-Vorderachse, Schräglenker-Hinterachse.
  • Standard-Käfer: kurzer Vorderwagen, Kugelgelenk-Vorderachse, meist Pendelachse.
  • Cabrio: basiert ab 1971 auf 1302/1303.

Manufacturer: Zanzinger Manufacturer's information: With our plug & play throttle cable for the Subaru EJ conversion in the VW T3, there is finally a smooth-running and durable solution to create a clean connection from the Subaru throttle body to the VW accelerator pedal without makeshift solutions. Solutions such as joining the VW & Subaru throttle cables, installing additional springs due to excessive friction, or reversing the throttle linkage are now a thing of the past. Our throttle cable consists of a stainless steel wire and thereby ensures a long service life. An 8mm nipple is already soldered on for hooking into the throttle body, fitting the vast majority of Subaru EJ engines. (In individual cases 6mm nipples were installed; in that case the throttle pulley must be adapted) Delivery is as a complete set including all required mounting hardware. Of course, our throttle cable can also be used universally for other engine conversions.
